Guest guest Posted September 29, 2010 Report Share Posted September 29, 2010 As the hours of sunlight keep getting less by the day, I feel it is important to send around this reminder that Vitamin D levels are ever harder to maintain with just sunlight, This is especially so for those in Northern Climates, older people and people with darker skins. The best for is Vitamin D3.
