Guest guest
Im writing in hopes of obtaining some advice. Last week, I had what Im fairly confident was a gall bladder attack. Except for upper back ache/pain (mine was in my lower back) and chest pain ( I had no chest pain), my symptoms are classic. Violent cramping, vomiting, pain on right side etc... Hello, Can you please go into a little more detail about your symptoms? It's possible that you could have a liver problem. This is why I'm asking. I'd hate to tell you anything without knowing more. You stated that you're vomiting. I've never hurled with my GB attacks, and from what I understand if someone is doing this, it's much more serious. Another thing, you say pain on the right side. Is this pain lower or higher up? Pain on the right side being lower could be kidney. About the cleanse, though, it really works better if you eat healthy, have enemas and are cleaned out before you start it. You want to be cleaned out first having very regular bowel movements. This is from my experience as well as other people's experience. Take care, Susie

Violent cramping, vomiting, pain on right side etc... Im planning on starting the GB cleanse tomorrow and have a few reservations. If someone could answer the following questions, I would be very greatful. Which is the most common GB cleanse? Ive read a couple of articles that require days-in-advance fasting (apple juice/green apples)before the ingestion of the olive oil/lemon juice/epsom salt. Is this neccesary? Ive also read a parasite and kidney cleanse should be done prior to the GB cleanse. Again, is this neccesary? Some articles require epsom salts. What does this do? One of my biggest fears is sending my gall bladder into overdrive because of the amount of oil taken. What if my stone is too large to pass? Is there a chance it could get stuck? Is the cleansing procedure painful at all? If so, is there anything that can eleviate the pain? I have visions of the night I had my attack and it scares me to death. I have never been in so much pain! Also, Im curious about other peoples " attacks " . Ive read a bit about it and couldnt find many people who had cramps that lasted well into the next day. Though the violent cramping lasted only until I vomited, I was plagued with cramping 15 hours afterwards. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you all for listening to what are surely repetitive questions. I apperciate all input and hope to hear from someone soon. Kindest regards, Stacey
Guest guest
If is a gallbladder attack that you had...did you have any bowel disturbances? How about vascular? Are you showing any sign of infection, i.e. feeling hot, skin sensitivity, bloating. Vomiting with bowel disturbances can be an indication of an infected gallbladder. I just had a client, who with prompting from me went to check get her liver/gallbladder checked (of which her doctor told her that her test were clear) ended up 6 months later in emergency with what she thought was the flu...only to be told that it was her gallbladder. I have known her for years...and in my opinion she has been having symptoms of this problem the entire time I have known her...which had been progressively getting worse. When they went to remove it, it was 4 times it normal size, half of it had died off, and gangrene was setting in. In her case a flush would not have been good. Get it check out...and persist with it....even if they say your test are clear. Christa > Im writing in hopes of obtaining some advice. Guest guest
We didn't see anything with the Kirkman enzymes. The Houston enzymes have been much better for us and we have seen good things. New member, Please help! Hi, I have a 5yr old son with Autism and we just started him on SCD a week back. About a year back we did the IgG test and found that he is mildly allergic to egg yolk, almond, among others, and severely allergic to cow's milk, coconut and oats. I have been giving him 1 cap Enzyme complete with DPP iv from Kirkman labs just before his meal, (most of the time) but haven't been able to tell if it is helping him. Now that he is on the SCD, and eats eggs, and food baked with almond flour more than ever, I want to be sure that I am giving him the right enzyme. My questions are, Am I giving him the right enzyme? How can I tell that the enzyme is helping him? Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance. Bharathi. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Guest guest
Thanks, I really like your signature. I totally agree, if I can one day help other children it will make all of this easier to live with. I read a story once that talked about a little boy at the ocean. There just happened to be a large amount of starfish that were beached and dying. The little boy was picking them up one at a time and throwing them back into the ocean. A man walked by and asked him why do that when he couldn't save them all. The boy picked up another one and as he threw it he said " I just made a difference in that one's life " . I just love that story. Best Wishes, Primer <sprimer1@...> wrote: We also use Houstin's Bolling <lvchefmel@...> wrote:Thanks , I have heard about Houston enzymes a couple times now. Guest guest
Thanks to everyone who responded. I went through the enzymestuff.com and the houstonni.com and I am considering switching from Enzyme complete to Peptidyze. Anyone on the SCD and using this? I would love to hear your experience.
