Hi Everyone,

Im writing in hopes of obtaining some advice. Last week, I had what

Im fairly confident was a gall bladder attack. Except for upper back

ache/pain (mine was in my lower back) and chest pain ( I had no

chest pain), my symptoms are classic. Violent cramping, vomiting,

pain on right side etc...

Im planning on starting the GB cleanse tomorrow and have a few

reservations. If someone could answer the following questions, I

would be very greatful.

Which is the most common GB cleanse?

Ive read a couple of articles that require days-in-advance fasting

(apple juice/green apples)before the ingestion of the olive

oil/lemon juice/epsom salt. Is this neccesary?

Ive also read a parasite and kidney cleanse should be done prior to

the GB cleanse. Again, is this neccesary?

Some articles require epsom salts. What does this do?

One of my biggest fears is sending my gall bladder into overdrive

because of the amount of oil taken. What if my stone is too large to

pass? Is there a chance it could get stuck?

Is the cleansing procedure painful at all? If so, is there anything

that can eleviate the pain? I have visions of the night I had my

attack and it scares me to death. I have never been in so much pain!

Also, Im curious about other peoples " attacks " . Ive read a bit about

it and couldnt find many people who had cramps that lasted well into

the next day. Though the violent cramping lasted only until I

vomited, I was plagued with cramping 15 hours afterwards. Has anyone

else experienced this?

Thank you all for listening to what are surely repetitive questions.

I apperciate all input and hope to hear from someone soon.

Kindest regards,

Stacey
