Guest guest
Thanks Susie. Normally, I am very regular and go about 3 or 4 times a day so that's not an issue for me. Although, I'm about 15 minutes away from taking my olive oil drink and I haven't had any laxative response to the epsom salts at ALL. So, I'm hoping this is all going to work for me. I'll let you all know tomorrow evening how everything goes. Guest guest
So I was all ready for it until I re-read Hulda 's instructions about the liver cleanse. She strongly says that you shouldn't do it before you do the parasite cleanse. I have NOT done the parasite cleanse. Does anyone on this list have any recommendations about whether I should go ahead and do it anyways? Joyce, I did every one of my GB/Liver cleanses and never have done the parasite cleanse before it--ever! I had to do it to relieve my pain. As long as you've had your bowels flowing good (IMPORTANT). Have you been able to have lots of bowel movements? This is important. You should be well cleaned out. I know some people haven't had the time, but lots of others can confess, also, that it's important. Hope all goes well. Please let all of us know how it goes. BTW, I have never had any pain doing these cleanses. The only thing that happened was once after several cleanses, I passed some very dark green/aqua-colored stones. For a week afterwards, I was sore like I had done lots of sit-ups. Dale told me that I must have hit " pay dirt. " After this cleanse, I would recommend Dr. Cabot's book entitled " The Liver-Cleansing Diet. Guest guest
Hi, My name's Joyce. I was a member of this group a long time ago and enjoyed reading about people's successes. I never got up the " gall " (no pun intended) to do the liver cleanse but I think I'm ready for it tonight. I haven't eaten all day except for about one ounce of green juice. I went to the store and got the organic olive oil and grapefruit - have the epsom salts. I really want to cleanse my liver. I have asthma and allergies and candida and doctor's had me on many drugs as a child and into my early twenties ~ prednisone, antibiotics, theophylline, phenobarbital, etc. I'm 27. What do you all think? Should I do it? I've got to drink my first dose of epsom salts in about an hour. Thank you, Joyce
Guest guest
Joyce, One time I had that response with ES. However, you maybe should have gone because that stuff's potent. Usually a couple of days before my cleanse, I do an enema. Hope it works! Susie
