Marji,

I believe one of the moderators declined to let Dan post as he is

selling a product. Dan is a little upset right now as he believes

in his product. With this rule for the group there will certainly

be a few worthwhile products lost, but as a whole it is a good

rule. Several years ago this list was abused by true b'lievin'

marketers and I think we have a better list today.

On know on some of the lists the moderators censor anyone they

disagree with. This has not been the case here. We have had many

debates and disagreements on this list. This is great as long as the

tone stays civil and the arguments are intelligent. I often try to

nudge the group into such somewhat opinionated discussions. Just

yesterday I posted that it was just as idiotic to eat a

well-balanced, nutritious diet as it would be to eat fast foods at

Mcs or Burger King. I was hoping that a few people would

wonder why I would make such a statement that so deeply violates

their dietary religion. I would then have an opportunity to make my

case. For me this is a more interesting approach. To subscribe to a

list means to occasionally participate and give an opinion. There

are other mediums for lurkers, like television.

You can always email Dan directly and ask him how much of your money

he wants so you too can reverse time and defy gravity. I think it is

really cool to have a product that can reverse aging. Most young

people seem stupid and lazy, so ask Dan how selective the product is

in restoring youth. Maybe there is some sort of check list for

desired age and youthful attributes. Did you know there is a company

called, " Dorian Gray, Inc. " That's not a well-thought-out name.

I'm headed up to Los Angeles for the Cancer Control Society

conference for the next couple of days. If anyone wants to see me

you can probably find me through Leonard Rosenbaum at the Cancer

Victors table or through the Alan Schwartz, MD table.
