Guest guest
My daughter had a mastectomy last month and is to start chemo soon, she insists on doing conventional treatments. I have read that sleeping on a magnetic mattress pad has in one case helped with some side effects of chemo, and I want to try to make her one. I want to use neodymium magnets because I have a gold plated one I have used on knee and other injuries and found it quite effective. Most of the commercial magnetic mattress pads use ceramic magnets with gauss ranges of 3000-4000. Neodymium magnets are reported to have gauss readings of more like 11,000-13,000. Has anyone had experience with making or using the magnetic mattress pads? One brand on the market combines neodymium with ceramic magnets.
