Guest guest
Hi Deena, What were the total results of your flush? Sorry if you posted them and I missed it. Last I heard early the next morning you had very little results. It's not uncommon for me to get the bulk of my stones out the mid day to the evening after my flush. It's hard to say without more info, but a chiropracter may be able to help. ~Suzanne Adrienne McLaughlin <adriennelynn1@y...> wrote: > > Hi again, > Ribs can get pushed out of place, in a manner of speaking, and can cause the pain you describe. You may have slept funny, have a slight scoliosis in your spine, or did something physical prior to feeling the pain which caused the rib to be displaced. It usually takes a couple weeks for the pain to go away. Going to a chiropractor, IMO, can definitely help with this kind of pain. > Deena Calcagino <deenac813@h...> wrote: > > However, I am having a bad pain in my shoulder (front & back) it kinda hurts > to breathe.. Guest guest
Deena, That's great news! The feeling you describe is the best indication you have that the flush did you a lot of good I ran across a very interesting post in the archives from one flusher that she got no stones for two flushes and several out the thiird! I'm not sure I would have flushed the third time, but she may have felt better after the flushes also. That wasn't mentioned. The no stones for two flushes and some on the third is good info to have, though. Keep flushing Vince >From: " Deena Calcagino " <deenac813@...> >Reply-gallstones > " Gallstones " <gallstones > >Subject: Re: Re: Please advise--quick!??! >Date: Wed, 16 Oct 2002 17:59:38 -0700 > >Hi Vince. Guest guest
After my first flush i felt so much better, and then a few weeks went by and needed another flush. This is normal, since the stones that were jarred loose then moved and started slowing bile flow down in the liver and gall bladder. After my second flush I got more serious about my diet (better late than never and then the good effects of the flushes lasted longer. I've done five flushes now and feel great. My diet is permanently changed. Among other things I eat some raw garlic, ginger, Olive oil, and lecithin each day. They are mixed up in a raw juice drink in the morning and it doesn't taste bad at all. keep after the diet change and do a little at a time, it's more sustainable (unless you have big problems to overcome, then you probably have to make drastic sudden changes). A little at a time and sustained is better than a large change in your diet at once so you get tired of it and quit it all ' Startintg with sodas is a great starting point. How about eliminating all white sugar, white flour, and hydrogenated oils? That alone would drastically improve anyone's health. Guest guest
I am also trying to change my eating habits which is really hard! I have cut out soda (which is my big vice!) totally. I am going to do another flush in a few weeks and try to keep my fat intake down in the meantime. Deena ----- Original Message ----- From: V.
