Deena,

I'm really knew to researching all of this, but I started a 7-day cleanse today

and I have the pressure, too. My shoulder hurts really bad and my chest feels

heavy (of course, I was having these symptoms before--they're just a little

stronger now). I think what you're experiencing might be normal.... Hopefully,

someone else will answer soon! :)

Deena - Hope your flush goes well...my shoulder

and right side hurt the day I did my flush, too...yes,

could be that things are ready to be moved out.

I hope it goes well, let us know in the morning!

Adrienne, I agree, you may be right. It's hard to say without more

info, but a chiropracter may be able to help.

cause the pain you describe. You may have slept funny, have a slight

scoliosis in your spine, or did something physical prior to feeling

the pain which caused the rib to be displaced. It usually takes a

couple weeks for the pain to go away. Going to a chiropractor, IMO,

can definitely help with this kind of pain.
