Guest guest
good points jay it will be interesting to see if you feel anything after all of your amalgams are replaced. there are a few things you have not considered though. while it is true that the replacement procedure definitely releases mercury, and lots of it. i think of it this way. say you live in an apartment and your neighbors throw a 4 day bash. nonstop music and drunken people. you cant sleep for 4 days. finally it ends. it takes you a week to get back to normal. then on the other hand, say new neighbors move in. they play music constantly. it is not blaring, but it is enough to slightly disrupt you. it never ends. 24/7. after a year you go completely insane and you don't even know why. the other thing to think of is this. most of us were exposed to massive quantities of mercury via thimerosol, a preservative in childhood vaccinations. then at about 12, we started receiving amalgam fillings. i think there is a relationship here. perhaps the body was able to deal with the vaccinations, but then a low level constant onslaught of mercury from fillings might tip the scales in favor of illness. salt on a wound. i'm sure there are countless complexities that will never be thought of a friend of mine just had his amalgams replaced. so far he says he feels no change. it will be interesting to see what happens over the course of a year or two. especially if he decides to do a round of chelation. then there is the relationship between candida and mercury. according to andy cutler, mercury inactivates the body's natural defense against fungal overgrowth. this is a slow and insidious process. over time, our intestines become impacted with fungus and undigested food, since the balance of flora has been disrupted. this is another slow-cooker that might not be felt for years and years. god only knows what other organ systems the mercury affects. i can say without doubt that when i had mine out many years ago, i noticed a definite change in my chemistry. i slowly lost my desire for sweets. and my intestines began to detoxify. it was a horror show of giant parasites and an endless supply of gunk from my intestines. to this day i has not ended.
