Guest guest
Hi , What's the site that's easier to follow? (Thanks for the Alka-max tip!) Many thanks, Teri From: " krn_matthews " Hi Dennis, The food lists are pretty much the same at various sites though there is one that's easier to follow because of how it's laid out. Good for you to be getting alkaline! Have you read anything about oxygenating your body? There are drops (Alka-max) that you can add to drinks and they have capsules as well. It's mostly potasium but it's easier to buy the stuff than to try and figure it out I think. I'm sure you know that as long as you try and have your intake 80% alkaline and 20% acid. I've been studying this stuff for a while and now having just been diagnosed I'm walking my talk. Wishing you that best,
Guest guest
Hi Teri, Sorry I couldn't get back to you till now...there are alot of sites with food lists but an easy one to follow is www.energiseforlife.com and then click on info for alkalizing. Another site is www.i-amperfectlyhealthy.com/acid-alkalinefoodlist.html. Hope this helps and wish you good health. ________________________________ From: Jasmine Gurrrl <KayleesJasmineMogadishu@...> Sent: Sat, October 24, 2009 10:56:42 PM Subject: Re: [ ] Re: alkaline foods?
