Guest guest
I find I have the opposite problem from and tend toward 60% fat 30% protien 10% carbs and have to struggle many days to keep protien that low, If my fats get too high I get very naseated. I feel like this is due to my high exercise level and my have an autoimmune disease and needing to rebuild. Do other with either of the two issues also have the need for more protien? Is this ratio ok? > > stomach.
