Guest guest
Hi Dawn I think the main concern about frequency has to do with the use of Epsom Salts. Since they are an irritant, it's suggested to give the body time to recover from their effect. I could be wrong, but that's my understanding. There is another version of the cleanse that doesn't involve the Epsom Salts (explanation found on www.relfe.com), so maybe if a person was to increase the frequency it would be better to use a version like that one. And of course the most important thing is to be in tune to one's own body and what it needs. There were times when I just felt the need to do the cleanse before the 2 weeks were up. So I did. I've never done the frequency that's mentioned out here recently, but I have read of it being done (although I can't think where at the moment - I think it's something connected with Dr. Schulze). That's my .02 on it all anyway. rachel~ In a message dated 5/10/2002 8:25:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, nortons@... writes: > This eight flushes in two weeks has got me thinking. Guest guest
Dawn, One week between flushes shouldn't be a problem but once a day would. Your body really needs a rest after flushing because it really does a number on your system. That is the reason for the two week break. Some people can recover faster by replacing important minerals, enzymes, etc. but I would think you would be better to at least wait one week between flushes. 10 is not the magic number also. You may not need more than 5 or you may need a lifetime of flushing. I can feel by your recent posts that you are mainly concerned about stopping the pain. I was the same way. You have to either be in for the long haul or you need to try other methods as well. First you need to find out exactly what you are battling against to correct the problem of pain. Good luck once again. Barry. > This eight flushes in two weeks has got me thinking. What is the main > concern for flushing more than every two weeks.
