No, I didn't know you weren't keen on cleaning out the colon - but I do now! I'm not sure how I feel about all the different information (and opinions) that I read. It can get a little confusing. But it obviously was not good for my body to do this at this time... so I quit. Lack of circulation - could mean it is time for me to focus on getting some consistant exercise. Side note to this, is that since being on your program, the vericose veins are not bothering me anymore. They are still visible, but no swelling or pain anymore. Thank you for your suggestions and links to the articles.
