I agree; a juicer and specifically carrot juice are truoy amazing. I've

noticed a big positive differance for the better since using mine. But I'm

confused as to what the actual " carrot juice flush " actually is. Is it simply

drinking more carrot juice, or is it the olive oil / lemon juice / distilled

warm water mixture. Just wondering. I'm planning to do another flush and have

been doing the method, but the epsom salts make my mouth swell up and is

very 'raw' for a few days after. Just looking into other variations. ...-
