Can anyone recommend a good one? There are so many and the price range is big.

Is it necessary to spend more - does it mean the quality is better? There are

ultrasonic ones.... the list goes on.

Thank you!

I have had mine for about 6 weeks now. It works great for me. I was totally

blocked on both sides with polyps, my new Allergist suggested I try this. She

put me on a dose pack of prednsone and at the same time she put me on the

NASONEB with Budesonide with saline 2 times a day. Before this I was really

thinking of a third surgery but this seems to help right now. We shall see how

long it lasts

pharmacy in the U.S. last week. This product, combined with a sterile saline

rinse, an antifungal and perhaps pulmacourt is apparently proving to be fairly

successful in slowing polyp re-growth and shrinking existing polyps. As he

explained to me, adding medications to the Neil-Med sinus rinse really hasn't

proven to be very effective as the meds pass in and out of the sinuses too

quickly.

Hi Kent,

My new ENT at the U of Minnesota has several patients on the Nasoneb, with good

results including me! Last spring I had been without my sense of smell for 6

months. I thought I would be facing my 5th surgery, but my new doctor put me on

a short course of prednisone, which shrank the polyps and brought back my sense

of smell, then she started me on a daily routine using the Nasoneb with

pulmicourt respules. It's been six months and my sinuses are clear and my sense

of smell is very strong. I am pinching myself and hoping this is a long term

solution. It sure beats more CT scans and surgery.I wonder how many others in

our group use the Nasoneb and with how much success? I hope it works for you.

Best wishes,

Uri
