Guest guest
I know that oil soluable vitamins have a tendency to hang around for a long time, so maybe ALA hangs out for days or weeks. Or maybe 12 hours is enough. I don't know. Ala`s halflife in the body is 4 hours, so i guess it should be out of the body by 8 hours. If it is possible to make such an assumption. Guest guest
I would think that in 8 hours you would have 1/2 of 1/2 = 1/4. In 12 hours you would have 1/8th. So if one takes 800 mg, 12 hours later they still have 100 mg floating around, which is a fair amount! > > I know that oil soluable vitamins have a tendency to hang around for > a long time, so maybe ALA hangs out for days or weeks.
