Curcumin Dosage:

May need to take at least 3.6g of curcumin to achieve anticancer effect; I've

seen 10g of curcumin recommended for melanoma; up to 12 grams of curcumin has

been used in clinical practice and in research; " [Dr.] Aggarwal notes that

clinical studies have found that a daily dose of up to 12 grams (about a
