Guest guest
Jim, I have dozens of these flushes and if it were me, I'd do it again.....it literally saved my life. What you are describing is sewer sludge...... Just make sure that you take care of that cramping asap.....otherwise, it can be painful. Bless you, Johanne From: jrrjim Sent: Sunday, January 11, 2009 11:07 AM Subject: [ ] Weird gall bladder / liver flush results I've had some symptoms recently of gallstones -- I think -- I press on my abdomen about an inch below the ribs and about an inch to the right of the center line and there is a dull pain there that radiates throughout the right side of my back... I'm hoping this is just gallbladder problems. At any rate, I decided to do a flush. I didn't do the 5 days of apple juice drinking because I have been taking magnesium malate every day, and I am assuming the malate in that combination has the same effect as apple juice. Besides, Mike says that his experience shows that the 5 days of apple juice may not be necessary. So I cleaned my system out twice with magnesium sulphate. Due to some sort of bug I have had the last few days, I haven't eaten anything in the last two days except two cups of yogurt and probiotics. The magnesium sulphate flushed me out completely, to the point where I was passing clear fluid. I then downed about 10 ounces of extra virgin olive oil and 12 ounces of organic grapefruit juice last night. This morning I had a movement that was the color of gallstones -- bright emerald green -- brilliant emerald green -- but it was pure liquid! (Or the consistency of applesauce). Not a stone to be seen. Is this what is called " sludge " ? Or is it just the natural result of the body trying to digest 10 ounces of olive oil? I have an illeostomy, so whatever came through me did not make its way through the large intestine, where most water would have been removed. Perhaps this is where " stones " are actually formed after a gall bladder flush? I don't know. Due to muscle cramping this morning I did not take more magnesium sulphate as recommended, but was forced to eat a banana instead (this was after passing the emerald green stuff). The banana made the cramps go away, so I guess I had washed too much potassium out of my body. Now I am wondering if I should repeat this procedure tonight? Guest guest
So do you think my flush protocol was basically okay? Please elaborate more on the " sewer sludge " . What does it mean when you expel nothing but sludge? > > Jim, > > I have dozens of these flushes and if it were me, I'd do it again.....it literally saved my life. Guest guest
I would not repeat it at this moment. I am thinking you discharged sludge.Repeating it once more may be too heavy for your system.I would wait for a while, see how things are going and repeat it later if i feel a need for it. I had a similar problem about three years ago and i did flush once. Also had nothing like stone but emerald green discharge. I am having no gall bladder problems since than. best wishes. nil From: jrrjim I've had some symptoms recently of gallstones -- I think -- I press on my abdomen about an inch below the ribs and about an inch to the right of the center line and there is a dull pain there that radiates throughout the right side of my back... Guest guest
Hi Jim, What you did was fine. I only did two days with the juice. I did not want too much sugar flooding my system and it did well. I eliminated by doing this two days a week for 4 months. Yes, it took that long to get that liver clean. Sewer sludge is basically like the stones but a sand-like substance. It's all in there. Sometimes it is stone-like, many different sizes but you also have this 'sludge'. You need that out as well. Just be thankful it is out!
