Guest guest
Having tried both olive oil and sesame seed oil for other purposes, such as (very rare) cooking of veggies in an iron skillet, and to help prevent blisters -- I can say the sesame seed oil is much better. Only 3 or 4 drops of sesame seed oil in an iron skillet is sufficient and this tastes okay. I don't normally eat cooked vegetables and have done this on only a few occasions a few years ago. However, done with olive oil it was much more heavy and not nearly as good. The same with any other use. Olive oil is relatively heavy and not easy to neutralize or digest. However, sesame see oil is much better. This makes me think sesame seed oil would be much better for liver flushes too. It is a bit more expensive but I think would be well worth the benefits. Also, I have only done 3 liver flushes in six years or so, all very successful, so I think the expense over the time is not very much and, again, worth it. I wonder if anyone else has tried sesame oil for their flushes and how it worked, or else what do you think of using it instead of oil. I might add that it also tastes much better too, as in the case of the veggies. All in all I think the sesame seed oil would be much better. Says a who? ...... sesame....... that's who ...... : )
