Guest guest
Dr Carlson Wade says that you can take up to 8 tablespoons a day. He had a lady do that & she cleaned out her arteries and avoided surgery. She took that for 3 weeks. I personally take 2 tablespoons of the granules a day. I stir it into either juice or a slim shake. Very tasty & nutritious. > > Does anyone know how much lecithin you can take daily? > > >

In pill form, I have been told, that to equal the 2 Tablespoons, would require about 8 to 12 capsules at a time. I could not get that down. You can also put the granules in carrot juice. That really makes it delicious. I put my carrot juice in the blender, add the lecithin, and also nutritious yeast. We really love this drink. > > >
