Should I up that 20?

I would build up to AT LEAST 20mg (unless there was a

contraindication). I read that less than 15mg may be ineffective

w/cancer. Melatonin tends to be highly beneficial for most people

w/cancer.

How long can one take a melatonin supplement without impairing their

natural ability to produce it? I hear that after a while of

supplementation the body stops making its own. thx
