My posting was about the fact that enzymes are destroyed by cooking, and

therefore I suggested an intake of some raw foods on a daily basis to help to

supply these enzymes.

I personally am trying to afford a juicer so that I can go much more raw. I

don't know if I would be able to go completely raw, or even if this would suit

me.

I got a great book called HOOKED ON RAW by RHIO this is better than the other

raw food preparation books that I have. It does requie more thought and more

time for preparation, but I guess its like learning a new way of eating and

adjusting to different tastes.

for breakfast today I had some sprouted legumes and seeds, and some raw peas,

plus some pistachio nuts. This was quite nice. Lunchtime I had cottage cheese,

thats like the curds cheese low fat, with some flaxseed oil, and then some tofu

with raw red onion. I only have tofu occasionally, so I am not all raw as you

can see!

I am still very new to this, and no way an expert.

Thanks ANNE
