Guest guest
Yes, dilute greatly and then slowly build up the concentration to a strong but comfortable level. Mark From: Cheryl Well I started nebulizing Bicarbonate of Soda and at first had a lot of coughng but now things seem to be improving. Yesterday I received a bottle of liquid Magnesium Chloride from my ND and it says on the bottle that it is 66mg. and to add 1/2 tsp. or 2.5 ml. to liquid and drink it. So I put 2/5 ml in my nebulizer and just about coughed up a lung! Does anyone know if this should be diluted with distilled water before adding to the nebulizer? Many Thanks, cheryl
