Guest guest
Ever since Agnes posted about the oil swishing (a month ago, maybe?) I started doing it. I've taken to adding a few drops of SuperTonic to the oil for added effect. Anyway...I ran out of olive oil (imagine that - a gallbladder flusher with no olive oil in the kitchen!) and didn't do it for a couple of days. Yesterday I noticed a tenderness in my gums in an area where I'd had a minor problem before. I thought that it would be important to resume the oil swishing in an effort to deal with whatever was in there. Since I didn't have oil, I used Apple Cider Vinegar (very cleansing). I did it this morning shortly after I got to work (around 6:30). Here's the weird thing. After swishing for a bit I spit out the ACV and noticed that there seemed to be something else in there. I hadn't even had breakfast yet - just the morning lemon water - so it isn't like there could be any kind of food particles. So I did it again, just to see if I was mistaken. Same results. Again. Same result. 3 or 4 times, when I spit out the ACV there were little....how do I describe them.....I don't know.....not quite hairlike, threadlike, sort of like the vein of a leaf - but VERY small. Do you suppose it's possible that this is coming from the inflammation in my gum? it isn't anything serious - just a little tenderness. I just thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone had any speculation or had possibly ever experienced something similar. in health, rachel
