Guest guest
I am not opposed to alkaline water. I am opposed to contaminated alkaline water. I don't know the purity level of Kangen water. I have seen counter top alkalizers that hooks to faucet, run through filter, and then alkalize. I do know that you can't get harmful heavy metals, pesticides, saline by-products (from oil exploration), fertilizers, pharma products, viruses, organic and inorganic chemicals, and radioactive materials out of the water by filtration alone. Steam distilled water is neutral. It is not acidic. It will show in testing that it's acidic because it is so pure you can't send a signal across it and get a signal back with an accurate reading. Steam distilled water is used in the scientific field for a multitude of purposes. If it was acidic or alkaline- I don't think they could use it for sensitive testing. As far as I know- when I was in the water business ( I'm not now), we used a vapor compression still. We were told time, and time again, the water we produced was ph neutral. I don't understand how ph neutral pure water would harm your body. Ideally, I would like ultra pure water that you can alkalize. I do believe that a person can drink too much purified water, but that's not typical in our society. What has become typical is over exposure to cancer causing agents that I listed above. I am always open to learning more. I tried that countertop alkaline water and it literally made me sick to my stomach during and after three days of trying really hard to drink it. I am so used to my pure water, and how good it tastes and makes me feel- I found it hard to believe people actually drink that other water.
