Guest guest
Yesterday, I finally got up my nerve. I had been very fearful of having my b.p. taken. Diagnosing based on a few high readings last year may be erroneous. I went to a pharmacy today and the machine read my b.p. as 119/ 75, with a pulse of 88. Very good numbers for someone who usually has a very high pulse. I attribute it to my new TCM formula working great. And the last time before this, at the endocrinologist's office, it was 120/80. So I may not have high b.p. after all. My fear of taking my b.p. has abated, so I'll follow it more closely, as we know 1 or 2 readings don't mean a thing. I saw my acupuncturist yesterday, and he thinks the head pain is just a tension headache. I agree. Ellen
Guest guest
Ellen: What is TCM? About a year ago my BP was 145/90. I have since adjusted my diet to incorporate eating salmon twice a week and taking magnesium supplements. I don't bother checking my BP now but a couple months after that high measurement, my BP measured at something like 122/ 78. Walter From: rhudy Yesterday, I finally got up my nerve. Guest guest
What is TCM formula? could you tell me about it? I am a worried mom, her son 27 year young has high reading of BP. My ex called me last night his reading is 200/130...I am also so sick of his addictive to smoking..I talked him that he better rush seeing a doctor to take bp medication but I do want him change his diet and go through alternative way to lower his bp.
