That is all, Adrienne, you eat a regular diet up until

the day of the flush, then eat but don't have any

fat in the foods you eat breakfast and lunch, then

fast after lunch, then the routine?? No drinking

apple juice, etc. beforehand? And you have seen

stones? Thanks!!

The first two times I flushed I did not do anything special the day before. This

last time I flushed I was taking Chanca Piedra for a few weeks before. I had the

best flush ever. I feel terrific!

would like to flush Monday night, and may increase

my apple juice over the next few days, and

my lecithin intake, but that's about it. What do

you think? Have you flushed spontaneously and

had it work? (Including fasting after lunch the day

of flush, epsoms, oil and juice " cocktail " at bedtime,
