Google research will give you more information. Myomin - a combination of 4 Chinese herbs (highly recommended by Dr. ) suggested by the MD who runs my Naturopathic clinic, the world famous Dr. V. , which is the rather of bio-identical hormones in this country, and just wrote the most definitive book on hormones ever (500 pages worth) called " Stay Young & Sexy with Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement - the Science Explained " . Chrysin - a natural plant herbal that is a very good aromatase inhibitor, recommended by Dr. who runs the Budwig Center in Spain, and who highly believes in this to prevent problems from estrogens when it comes to breast tumors. Best Wishes, Barbara ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- BARBARA, Please send me a list of the foods containing Estrogen and a list of foods containing Estrogen Blocking foods and the supplements that block bad estrogens as mentioned in your note. " I do not take tamoxifen although my cancer was ER positive. Instead I take supplements that block bad estrogens and regulate estrogen. In my diet I also make sure that I do not eat red meat and I have a thorough list of foods that contain estrogens and those foods that block estrogens. " Doing research for my Daughter who was diagnosed with a type of Sarcoma. They seem to be guessing, but think it strives on hormones. She does drink Kangen Water.
