Guest guest
It's the timing of taking everything. I have to time the taking of Cesium Chloride separate from the potassium needed to raise that level as Cesium can raise or lower potassium causing potential cardiac arrest. Then I have a handfull of pills to take in the evening. I then have the Larix/arab supplement + the modified citrus pectin. Then the IP6 can't be taken within 2 hours of the supplements and then I have the injectable mistloetoe and then the melatonin and then when my doctor gets it for me the LPN. I also am trying to do some kidney and liver cleansing which seems to be impossible with all the other stuff. I am considering going back to my original protocol of 1994/95. This new protocol is just complicated as hell. Understand? What is the conflict between IP6 and melatonin?
Guest guest
Your old protocol worked, right? What was it? Thanks. Jan What is the conflict between IP6 and melatonin?
Guest guest
-- the only concern with IP6 is that it not be taken with anything containing iron, I believe. So this generally means taking it on an empty stomach in terms of food, but it does not preclude taking it with some other supplements, as long as they are iron- free. Well, actually it would help it they were free of most minerals. I take IP6 along with SAMe and DMG. I don't see any conflict there. I also take it with inositol, because that greatly increases its effectiveness. However, I wouldn't take IP6 at night, personally, because I think it could lower your serum calcium and magnesium levels, making it harder to snooze off. But I could be wrong about this -- anyone else know about this definitively? I think you can take LDN with anything else. As far as MCP, I think a combination of C / proline / lycine / green tea extract might be far cheaper, and you could take it with meals, I'm pretty sure. > > What is the conflict between IP6 and melatonin? >
