Dear Group:

Just to let you know that I have been completely overwhelmed by the

weather here in our area and the hardships it has created for me. I

got in a bad space last night and just wanted to give up. Also, I

have been eating some " healthy " cooked foods as 100% raw foods just

wasn't getting it for me in 19 degree weather. I had 1/2 of a sweet

potato last night and three slices of organic rye toast with smashed

up avocado and red onion--my all-time " comfort " food. I'm just going

to hang it up in terms of perfection here folks. I'm not a saint.

I have not been able to stay on my protocol 100% as I have been

called back and forth to work, almost got taken away by a flooded

creek last Friday AFTER I almost slid off an icy hill. I have had to

walk in a mile to work and lugging my stuff this far up a hill is

getting weary. But I was able to feed the horses and bring firewood

in and build a fire each night for my client, so all is not lost.

Sometimes, I get tired of fighting this battle and I think I sabotage

myself because I am just TIRED. But night before last I got me some

Dr. Shinghe's mustard bath off of IHERB and I was in heaven. My

client lives in a lodge style house and when she when she went to bed

I crept upstairs and ran a bath and threw in some Dr. Shinghe's

powder. Be sure to scrub off the dead cells with a loafah sponge

afterwards and then wrap yourself in heavy towels to sweat for about

15- 20 minutes after getting out of the tub. I just wrap up and lay

on the bathroom floor. I was in HEAVEN!!! Purhase here:

http://www.iherb.com/Search.aspx?kw=mustard%20bath. Please, please do

this if you are stressed out like I have been. For $7.95 you get a

lot of baths out of this powder. It completely relaxed me. I should

have done it last night too, but my client wouldn't go to bed and I

couldn't do it. I would have had a different attitude today.

I am getting ansy about my test results next week. This will be my

three month test to see if the tumors have receded or disappeared

(YES!!!).

Will be flying to Oklahoma to work with an awesome naturopath who

knows his stuff. The next week-end I will be going to Cedar Springs

Retreat in northern Washington state for a three day spiritual and

cleansing retreat. Mchaffey was given 30 days to live 25

years ago. Read his story in The " Complete Cancer Cleanse " with

Cherie and Calbom. Cheri wrote the first juicing book I ever

bought back in 1994. I am going here to build my spiritual connection

with God and to work on emotional and mental aspects of cancer

therapy. I have gotten into some negative thinking and will work with

one-on-one as he is a P.C., professional counselor. He is

also going to use horse therapy on me on his 50 acre ranch, which was

gifted to him and his wife 7 years ago. Check out his retreat here:

www.cedarsprings.org.

We had FOUR SNOW Storm fronts here back-to-back and it just about

took the life out of me. I am left feeling exhausted. I wasn't home

45 minutes last Friday (after almost ending up in the creek) before I

was called BACK to work on the 75 acre ranch I work on 30 miles

outside of Portland. I have four-wheel drive and studs so people have

depended on me for groceries, etc.

I have eliminated some of the things on my protocol as it was just

getting to hard to swallow all the pills and then figure out the IP6

and the Melatonin. I don't know which one is more important, but I do

the IP6 over the Melatonin. There isn't enough time in the day to

stretch it all out so I am going with what makes my life EASY and

COMFORTABLE. I think I was doing too much.

I am going to hold my head up one more time. I think today is my day

of rest. I haven't been able to do my infrared sauna's daily, but as

things calm down here I will get back on my protocol. Have relatives

coming this Sunday and then next week my two sisters are flying in to

go with me to my doctor's and to visit with me. I am lucky to have

such caring family.

Hope all is well with everyone.
