Guest guest
Capsaicin CAPSULES in health food stores are NOT good. One must *taste* true cayenne in the mouth. Calling them capsaicin is calling for just the " active ingredient. " Active ingredient methods are plain wrong. The WHOLE cayenne pepper is needed. You CAN have dried cayenne, cayenne tinctures, blendered cayenne, etc. We have dried cayenne at home. And I made my own cayenne tinctures. (it is dead easy to make yourself) The principle of using cayenne is to stimulate blood circulation, especially to body parts where it is lacking. Taking all those herbs and super foods won't do you any good if the blood isn't flowing to where it is supposed to flow. It is the blood that nourishes and cleans the organs and body parts. It is cayenne, usually tinctures ingested by mouth, on the tongue, under the tongue which almost instantly jump starts up circulation. Cayenne tinctures and the other forms are therefore transport, or gateway, openers for your herbs, foods and nutrients carried by your blood to the organs that need repair. Cayenne makes curing faster and herbs, food, nutrition more effective. Cayenne is very much dosage dependent. So buy Dr. Schulze's handbook on cayenne dosages depending on your problem. See Dr. Schulze for more on cayenne. He is the expert on cayenne. Many Dr. Schulze videos are on YouTube. http://curezone.com/schulze/ Regards to all, Edwin > From: winstonb > Can one buy Capsaicin in capsules at a health food store or somerwhere oris it best to eat Habaneras peppers themselves.
