Do best on a high protein diet I don't like carbs at all (spagetti, potatoes, white bread and stuff) If I am hungry, and eat fruit, I will be hungrier after eating it than before. I'm not a big sweet eater. I do like chocolate a lot, but am satisfied very quickly with a small amount. I can go long periods without eating (8 - 12 hours) I do best if I go to sleep with a fair amount of food in my stomach -- otherwise I don't sleep well at all. I have always craved dairy and seem to have little ill effects from it. I used to snack all the time on cheese, drink 1% milk at every meal, eat ice cream, etc. But this may have just been an addiction. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
