Guest guest
Hi everyone: I had a colon cancer outside of colon and I was operated in June 10th and the tumor was removed and sent to pathologist. According to pathologist the tumor was stage to and negative for " Lymph Nodes " . My Oncologist wanted me to go through a six month of chemo two times a month to kill all the sill over or left masses. I was very confused and after doing lots of research I decided not to go for the chemo at all which made my doctor very unhappy. I decided that I will change my lifestyle watch more what I put in my stomach and this where I need some help. I am looking for a Naturopath preferably with MD background but does not believe in Chemo or any harmful medication and practice alternative treatment in Pleasanton CA Bay Area.. I was reading somewhere about honey not being good for cancer or ex cancer patient does anybody know why? I drink Green tea and roasted Brown rice with honey. Any expert out in the group can guide me please?. Guest guest
Dear , I am naturopath and MD also, working in Romania. I treat a lot of patients with cancer and I can tell you that the reason honey is not recommended in cancer is the fact that honey is considered in TCM, by energetic point of view, to be very Yin and cancer is Yin also. So we recommend for our patients with cancer to keep a diet including Yang food (cereals, vegetables and fruits). You may look on the internet for the macrobiotic diet and see details. For example, check this link: altmedicine.about.com/.../popularhealthdiets/.../Macrobiotic.htm Cristina Pavel www.apifitoterapie.ro > > > Hi everyone: > I had a colon cancer outside of colon and I was operatedin June 10th and the tumor was removed and sent to pathologist.
