Guest guest Posted August 8, 2010 Report Share Posted August 8, 2010 Hello, I recently heard a nutritionist mention that all carbohydrates are converted to sugar anyway, just not as immediately. Based on this I'm trying to understand why sugar and other high GI foods should be avoided, and others if you could provide an explanation that'd be great.
