Yes there are many forms and now many prices I see and the one I will not

recommend is non food grade open seawater evaporation ponds even if it is

filtered. Nagari is food grade.....The stuff from Europe (Zestein Sea is the

best I have found) and is beyond food grade but I doubt its even graded but not

sure about that. Though when you inject magnesium it does not matter much if its

in a chloride or sulfate form (Epsom Salt is sulfate..and there are some

scientists who say its slightly more toxic but not signifcantly so) the real

proof in the difference is that you can literally load hundreds of pounds of

Epsom salt in a isolation chamber and float for a long time but you could never

put that kind of quantity of chloride or what are called Magneisum Flakes. For

muscle relaxation and pain relief Epsom salt is for sure ok but as a medicine

for serious diseases it just does not have the kick. I dont know anything about

the purity of the Epsom salt but for sure solid pill forms of magneisum in its

many different forms are not the best way to go - some contain lead and in

general depend on good stomach acid and gut absorption issues which are often

compromised. Taking in liquid form orally is always better.

I am a bit sorry to announce that I will be leaving the group. After being asked

very sensitive questions like about dosages that even in private I don't do

unless someone is working with me and I am secure I can give something better

than general cookbook recommendations, it all adds up to not being a correct

situation for me.

I have enjoyed my visit though. But again it shows me after being away from

groups for a few years that they are not the place for my imput.

Please look around by the end of the week for my new Sodium Bicarbonate site and

when I launch will also be relaunching several of my old sites to an entirely

new format. Not sure what the address is going to be but you will be able to

Well I, for one, hate to see you leave ... your posts have been informative,

educational, and enlightening. Will definitely have to check out your website
