Yes, , last year when my gall bladder was acting up

I had elevated liver enzymes. Ultra-sound showed

stones. Enzymes returned to nornal when I

started avoiding " bad " fats like those in meat, fried foods,

liver, eggs (liver and eggs are good foods, but when

the gall bladder has stones because they are so

high in cholesterol, they are too stimulating,

when you have a successful flush, you can eat

them again) etc., and stuck only with my Flax Seed Oil and

Lecithin...if I have anything with " bad " fat I take something

called Fat Grabbers from Nature Sunshine, Lecithin with the

meal, and Digest Tabs from Puritan Pride. That seems

to help, but still, I can't over-do it.

I still have my GB, have been flushing on and off for

years, and am thinking of giving it another go on Monday

since I've had symptoms after the heavy eating

Thanksgiving...did better than I thought, but not as good

as I would have liked to :-)
