Guest guest
Hah! You're not kidding that there is a relationship between sleep and cancer! 2 1/2 years ago I developed a strange, sudden and chronic nasal congestion which kept me awake at night. I would get about two hours of sleep a night - some nights none. (I hadn't learned to be able to breathe through my mouth while sleeping.) After 6 months of this, we discovered my cancer of 3 years previous had returned with a vengeance! I totally attribute it to my lack of sleep and the resulting stress it put on my body. I now am on LDN (as well as Budwig) and doing well. The LDN improves my sleep. I think that's why it works. (I'm on 3 mg of LDN. The 4.5 mg dose that is recommended for cancer actually kept me awake.) Wanda > > I have > > trouble sleeping > > So do I. They are saying now how important sleep is for health.
