Guest guest
hi, I am new to this group. I am 32 with stage IV breast cancer that has spread to brain, lung, and neck lymph nodes. I have been on chemo for almost 5 months, which did nothing to stop the cancer growth, and brought me to where I am today with the brain and lung mets. I have decided to ditch chemo and have started to Bill 's protocol last week. My oncologist put me on decadron to prevent swelling on the brain. (The MRI/CT show no sign of swelling.) Question, does anyone have successful experience of using alternative treatment without decadron? Does decaondron cause negative effect on alternative treatment? What alternative treatments have been used to successfully deal with the brain tumor? (BTW, the brain tumor is located in my cerebellum, and is about 1cm big. ) I have an appointment with neuro surgeon to talk about radiation. I really would rather not have radiation at all, but am not sure if I am making the right decision. I also need advice on treatments that work well for lung and neck tumor. thanks much...
