Hi folks

I did the flush last night. It was sort of a variation of the one on

www.relfe.com. It was a very full day, so some things got changed, but it

seems to have worked out well anyway.

First thing was that I was so occupied during the day that I didn't eat or

drink ANYTHING. I usually do a juice fast on the day of the flush, but this

time I can't believe I didn't even drink water. That's highly unusual for

me. I wondered how that would affect the cleanse. I remember that some

others have written about the way that low fluid level can enhance the

results of a flush, so I just hoped that was true. :)

Second was that I didn't space the drinks out as the www.relfe.com version

does. I mixed 3/4 cup olive oil with 3/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice and

drank the whole thing down.

Here's the odd thing. I didn't use the Epsom Salts (they aren't included in

this version of the flush) and I ended up having the diarrhea anyway. Just a

slight case of it, but something evidently got those bowels moving! Maybe

it was having the oil/juice on a totally empty and somewhat dehydrated

system? Just a thought.

First BM this morning produced a lot of the yellowy chaff and about a half

dozen really dark green stones. Second BM produced some more of the

yellowy chaff and about a dozen more stones - a few of them much larger.

I feel great. I'm glad I did it. I will report in if there is anything else

to report.

Wishing wellness to all,

rachel~
