Of course there is a big difference between shooting children now, or allowing them to grow up and enjoy the benefits of one of the richest countries in the world, with possibly the highest life expectancy in human history. As for the protein/magnesium/tumor relationship. Maybe you are right, but it sounds too simple to me. Are there any good studies showing that most cancer patients are, or have been, deficient in magnesium? Bill Ross
Guest guest
Would be interested in learning about how your friend fares. My husband died 8 mos after the Whipple procedure. Also had chemo and rad. We tried alternatives, but it was too late. Also on the Cancell website, there is a story about a man w/pancreatic cancerwho has been OK since 1988. No chemo/rad but had stent. Was cured with Cancell. Would be worthwhile to pass info on to your friend. Carol B

Guest guest
Hi. Chris. Did you ever think of putting your father on Laetrile (B17) , B15 and Pancreatic Enzymes in a last ditch effort to help him beat his cancer? Are you aware that in 1999 (according to government statistics) that 160,000 cancer patients who had been treated with chemo and radiation in the U.S.A. had died within the first year. This was a study based on 170, 000 human beings. Only God knows how the remaining 11,000 are doing today. It's never too late. Give him a fighting chance while he still may have some will left to survive. Good luck. Ciro

Then Cancell treatment which has a website. Alternatives are less likely to work after chemo/radiation. Pancreas cancer is on the rise and the medical profession is clueless and appears to want to remain so. Would be interested to know about your mother's treatment. Guest guest
yes, I did want to do that, but my family was against it. I talked with Dr. Kelley today metabolic treatment with pancreatin, nutrition, but it probably is too late, my dad has a nasogastric tube because he perforated his small bowel from a presumed obstruction. Thanks, This disease sucks..I had practiced medicine as a Physician Assistant for 20 years, and I now know what all my friends and patients have gone through, it is hell. My dad's younger brother died 2 months ago of choleangiocarcinoma diagnosed only 6 weeks earlier . Take care, Cris

Guest guest
My mother was diagnosed with this same problem about two years ago, she has since passed away. What worked for her was a strict juicing program along with the use of flax seed oil and cottage cheese. Her cancer did not regress, however her problem didn't get any worse. As soon as she started chemo her health started to slide, she needed oxygen, and eventually she was bed ridden. From my experience chemo will not work with this type of cancer. I am not a doctor, nor do I make any claims beyond my own experience treating my mother. My recommendation is to ask Cliff about the BUDWIG web site on the use of flax seed oil and cottage cheese and the Budwig diet. It worked for my mother up until she decided the chemo route. Don't give up hope, keep on asking questions, and take everything your wife's oncologist says with caution. Guest guest
What is Flax/cc? Pancreatic Cancer Hi, Earlier today I forwarded a step by step history of Nan Parson's handling Breast cancer. This was an earlier post that I had failed to notice. I am posting part of it that pertained to her husband and Pancreatic Cancer. This is quite encouraging. Cliff ********* I have this fact to further fill me in with details: My husband had pancreatic surgery on May 25, 1994. It was large - the size of two tennis balls placed side by side, and none of it was removed surgically. The surgeon simply took fine needle biopsies and closed him up and told us he might live 3 to 6 months. I believe he began on the flax/cc near the beginning of Sept. It was on December 5, that a second scan was done that showed his cancer had completely disappeared. That was 5 months. I don't know if I need to continue to take 6 Tab. a day for that long. I do know that my husband only took 3 Tab. a day each of Fl. and cc. But we had no literature or anything to go by. That was simply how much the nutritionist told him to take. He took that blindly, not knowing of anyone else who had ever taken it. I would appreciate your help very much. You have already been very VERY helpful, just in giving me hope. I hope you know how reassuring these messages are to people in my position, with no alternative doctor or anyone else to talk to about how I am treating my cancer. (Except all the negative responses that I get from friends, who are really concerned about my welfare, and cannot believe that curing cancer can be this easy). And now I do feel really good about my condition and the prognosis for my future. Hoping you can help me further, I remain, Your email friend, Nan Parsons huckink@...
