Guest guest
I totally understand. I had attacks for 7 months (50 +) and tried flushes, diet change (I lost 40 lbs), consulted 8 different doctors/chiropractors, everything, but I finally had to give in and get mine removed as well when I couldnt' take the pain anymore and I couldn't eat for over 4 days (Jan 29th). My gallbladder was inflamed, enlarged, infected and actually black in spots. They had to do open surgery. Don't feel bad - what's done is done. Now you and I need to concentrate on getting healthy, and taking care of our liver to make sure we never have to deal with anything like this again! I'm going to get tested for food allergies/intolerances again to find out what foods to avoid so I can make sure my body isnt' creating more stones in my liver. Eventually, I will flush again - probably after I do Dr. s parasite cleanse. Guest guest
I have been following a very, very strict diet for gallbladders but am wondering if you have a diet to recommend. I had an attack a couple of weeks ago and believe me, pain is a tremendous motivator to eat only what is good. Can you tell me if it's possible to reverse the gall bladder disease by careful diet? Thanks so much. Guest guest
Sandi, I went to a chiropractor that tested me using Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) to find out exactly what I should stay away from. He found wheat, dairy & chocolate were the culprits for me, and cutting those out of my diet made a huge difference. I'd suggest finding a chiropractor that can test you and tell you what your body can and can't handle and that should help a ton! Guest guest
Suzanne, Thank you so much for your response. I have been eating only chicken and turkey and a few vegetables - asparagus, lettuce, tomatoes - and have had no problem whatsoever. Pain is a tremendous motivator. My diet is dull but it sure has helped with the problems. I think it is very important to eliminate as much fat as possible although some is essential for the gallbladder to function properly. I may have to eat this way the rest of my life but it sure beats the gallbladder attacks or the possibility of surgery. Thanks!
