Guest guest
Hi , Sorry to hear you about your health and hope you find relief soon. I have had gallstone problems since May of 2001. I was actually scheduled for surgery, but without my consent so I still have my gallbladder. I told my doctor that I would do the lemon/olive oil flush and he just said okay-and to call if I need him for anything. He never made any comment as to whether he thought it works or not. I did ask him to have the " stones " I removed analysed, but he said there was no test he was aware of to determine if they were actually from my gallbladder. I have done several flushes- all with the success of releasing many stones. I have never experience pain while doing the flush. The first one I did, I felt really sick the next day, like I had the flu. But on the consecutive flushes - I feel okay the next day. (The flush itself makes me nauseous but I get through it) I have never really committed to the disciplined diet it takes to rid myself of all the stones. I also haven't exercised as I heard one should. I also never did the flushes on a consistent basis. So I still have stones and they still give me problems. I am now on a restricted diet and I will flush consistently every two weeks until the stones are gone. I hope this helps. Here's to your health and mine B

I am currently having a cramping sensation in my right side just under my rib cage. It isn't severaly painful or anything just uncomfortable. It feels better when I strech out my torso. Have you ever had that kind of sensation? When I went to the surgen he told me it didn't sound like gallbladder trouble to him so he referred me to the GI specialist. They said it sounded more like GERD so they put me on medicine for that. Anyway, I just needed to hear other people's opionion and then either take the leap or wait until the pain gets so bad I have to do something. And yes, it did help. Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi , My experience with gallbladder pain and also from what I have read it that when there is pain, you can't eliminate it by altering your position. In other words, stretching out your side wouldn't relieve the gallbladder pain - you would still feel it. Again, hope this helps. Take Care B
Guest guest
, I've had mild gallbladder pain that seemed to be relieved when I stretched. What is GERD? ~Suzanne >It isn't severaly painful or > anything just uncomfortable. It feels better when I strech out my > torso. Guest guest
GERD is GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease. How do you know that it is gallbladder pain? That's what I'm trying to figure out. I've pretty much decided that I am going to try doing the flush but I am going to wait until next weekend when I actually have some time off from work. I'm hoping that it will do something useful and not make me feel worse. Anyway, thanks for responding. -- In gallstones , " Suzanne <suzanne_on_ca@y...> " <suzanne_on_ca@y...> wrote: > , > > I've had mild gallbladder pain that seemed to be relieved when I > stretched. Guest guest
Gallstones are sometimes only diagnosed through positive ID. Ex. - in an ultrasound. Mind you, many people have all of the classic symptoms, but no stones show up in the ultrasound. That may not mean that you have no stones. Instead it may mean that they haven't found them. Gallbladder problems are many times a progressive problem, one that gets worse over a period of time. (The exception is when stones get stuck in ducts - this would cause an immediate reaction) The initial symptoms may seem to be acid reflux and a slight tightness under the ribs. This tightness may feel as though it should be stretched to get relief. This may go on for a long period of time (a year ot more), and then you may get a sever attack of pain. This could last from one to three hours (or more). It is enough to wake you from your sleep. It seems like a heart attack - or something life threatening. Many people have found relief from the gallbladder flush. Even if you don't do the flush I would suggest that you go to Dr. Cabot's website to learn more about how the liver controls our health. Getting the liver healthy is of first importance. http://www.liverdoctor.com There are many things that you can do to achieve health. The flush is one aspect. Eating foods which stimulate the gallbladder will also help to clean it out. Mind you, these foods will cause a sensative gallbladder to react painfully. So get the gallbladder healthier and then start to maintain it with these foods. The pain will not automatically get better with your first flush, but bit by bit it should lesson in most cases. You will feel a surge of energy and know that you're on the right path. Until you get time to do the flush, try drinking warm water with the juice of 1/2 of a lemon eavery morning a 1/2 hour before you eat. There are also commercial preps on the market in the supplement section that help with liver function. I can't vouch for them, but many have ingredients that are benificial for keeping your liver healthy (ex. milk thistle, dandylion, curcuma........) Best of luck! ~S <serricat@y...> wrote: > GERD is GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease. > > How do you know that it is gallbladder pain? That's what I'm trying to figure out.
