It's been 2 weeks since a very successful flush of my

GB, after waiting months to re-do the flush (last time

was last March). I am significantly improved, have

started to eat things I haven't eaten in a long time.

The only thing I notice is a very occasional jab after

a fatty meal in the right back or upper right side,

or wherever over there in the right :-) I expect that

I'll have to do this again, as I've been flushing for over

10 years, but it's nice, after letting it go for 5 year,

and getting to the point where I had to apply heat

due to pain after every single meal, to be so improved!!

SO, lesson learned, if you know you have stones and

don't get many the first time you flush, and still have

pain, give it another go. I'm not much into the repeated

flushing every two weeks, think it's pretty depleting and

better to wait longer between...unless you are in excellent

health, it is a lot of stress on the body and pulls so

many nutrients and minerals that you need to put back

in.

I'm going to try a cheese omelette for lunch today...won't

eat like that much, but just today for a treat..I'll let you

know if I survive!!

Hi : Well I'm so impressed by the first flush having had only slight

stone passing But hearing my gall bladder and liver giurgles again befoire

missing and everything else is upbeat I feel in 59yrs of no maintenance a second

flush wont kill me if I do it again in acouple of weeks. I take tons of vitamins

etc. Just backing off nasty medicines is a plus for me.

Walt...that is encouraging! Yes, it is funny that you can

actually get so you know your GB is " gurgling " . No,

after that long another flush won't hurt if you are

feeling well. I'm going to wait until I notice more

symptoms like I have always done. I also take quite

a few vitamin and herbal supplements.

BTW, I decided on a roast beef club sandwich and fries

instead of a cheese omelette...and did fine! I always take

a digestive aid, but that wasn't even helping before the

flush. (Soon I'm going to have to stop eating like this

and get back to healthier eating just because it's the right

thing to do...but it's been a long time and a good way to

test how well the cleanse worked.)

Take care!
