Guest guest
: Red Bull is terrible for anyones health , remove the toxins & starting eating organic veggies and fruit. You will see a big difference ________________________________ From: Painter Sent: Thu, January 27, 2011 I have a brother-in-law that has worked nights for a year and a half now and we are beginning to see his health decline. He drinks way too much Red Bull and I'm wondering if he is starting to show signs of adrenal exhaustion. His symptoms are: dizziness, blackouts, then a weird chemical smell after blackout, chest tightness & pain, footing off balance and fatigue. If he starts any supplements when would be the best time for him to take them since he works nights? Any advise would be appreciated. Guest guest
, I was forced to work a night shift for a year and it was terrible! All I can suggest is to work on getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. All windows in the bedroom must be blacked out and all light emitting objects need to be removed. I used ear plugs and a sleeping mask as well. Diet needs to be healthy. There must be exercise. Lots of water to stay hydrated. My health deteriorated while I was working the night shift. It was awful. My best to your BIL. ar > > I have a brother-in-law that has worked nights for a year and a half now and we are beginning to see his health decline. Guest guest
I found that my health improved by working night shift - but not my social life. I got up, had breakfast, went to work at 11:20 pm. Had a (very) light lunch at 3 a.m. After work I went surfing (it was morning). Then I had dinner, relaxed and went to bed at about 2pm in my dark, silent room. Ear plugs, eye mask and own noise making device (to blot out everything else) may be required.
