What is the survivial period in stage 4 lung cancer post radiation and chemo?

Hi all,   I would like to have information regarding survival period in stage 4

lung cancer with mets to brain following radiation and chemotherapy. I would

appreciate if you could provide valid links supportive of the same. I need them

urgently. Thanks for the help.

Hi Sandesh,

No one can give you that information because there are too many variables.

My stage 4 breast cancer friends live one year to 15 years depending on how

their cancer responds to the treatment, how many treatments there are to try,

and, quite frankly, pure chance - or some other factor in their body that we

aren't aware of yet.
