All, and this is a bit off topic but sure is related....

three months ago my PSA was 4.6 and I was having surgery a month later

for a hernia.. Two weeks after surgery, with Extreme Swelling of the

testicles (ruby red grapefruit) and lower abdomen, my PSA was 5.3 and

the MD wanted to do an exam. Nope, I said, everything is swollen, why

not the prostate too? I'll wait until things get back to normal.

Meanwhile, I found a UK fellow who sells a supplement just for prostate

(Ben Ong) and ordered some.

Two months later, my PSA came back as 2.7 I'm convinced.. I also

minimized drinking any sugar based drinks and minimized the red meats I
