Guest guest
Please don't take my question as a critisism. How many people do their own research via search engines to find out about their health issues, obviously for this group gall and liver problems. Hi, Anne, My first encounter with someone doing the GB cleanses was back in '92. It was the first time that I'd ever heard of it. A person who was in our Bible study group had been having gallbladder attacks, really bad ones. He told us about a book that he bought by a Dr. about how to get rid of gallstones. He started doing the cleanses and avoided surgery. Then another person in our group started having attacks, too, and did the cleanses. I just filed that away in my mind somewhere. Then in 2000 I started having the attacks. I also did lots of research on the Internet about the cleanses, but I did call my friend that I hadn't seen in many years, the first one who had the attacks in '92. He was still doing the cleanses and was not having any problems. To this very day he's still doing the cleanses once a year, sometimes twice a year. Guest guest
Well personally, I research everything on the Net. Sometimes Doctors don't know everything. They are just ordinary people doing a job. Not gods. I have found over the years they need in-put too. I have helped my Dr. with lots of things, and he is a good doctor too. Most times, the ifo is out there, if you look hard enough. To me the NET is the biggest University in the World. Carol..... Tishri7@... wrote: Please don't take my question as a critisism. Guest guest
Dear Anne, I'm sure that many people do their own research - that is probably how they found the group in the first place I would encourage people to add to the bookmark page any sites which they have discovered to be of use to them. The group can then be nitified of the new bookmark. ANY member may add bookmarks. It would also be nice if people could give feedback on the sites in the bookmarks. Do they find them useful? Do they find them inappropriate and why? Or do they find a dead link? Adding bookmarks and giving feedback would help this group to be more efficiant, more helpful and also help to avoid having to post dupicate posts with the same answer for a cerain question. If we work together, we will become more knowledgable (and healthy).
