Guest guest
Hi Can you give me the link where to buy the LBB capsules? thanks dan ----- Original Message ----- From: Edwin Casimero Hi , I and a whole bunch of my family have done colon hydrotherapy and herbal colon cleansing and we all agree that herbal colon cleansing is more effective, more convenient and much safer than colon hydrotherapy. Don't let me stop you with your plans. Just sharing our experience. Dr. Tam's Miracle Tea works fast, it's only available in my country. You could get colosan or any equivalent. I really liked Barefoot Herbalist LBB capsules as it re-trained my colon to be self-sufficient... not to be dependent on colon cleansers. Best wishes, Edwin
Guest guest
Hi Edwin: I don't have any trouble with my colon (2-3 bm per day). I am just following s Mortiz who recommends two colon hydrotherapy sessions during a liver flush. I don't want to end up in the hospital with stones that are stuck. What is so dangerous about colon hyrotherapy? It isn't something I plan to do on a regular basis, just during a flush. I begin drinking the apple cider tomorrow. I am a bit nervous about the whole thing. > From: Edwin Casimero > Hi , > I and a whole bunch of my family have done colon hydrotherapy and herbal colon cleansing and we all agree that herbal colon cleansing is more effective, more convenient and much safer than colon hydrotherapy. Guest guest
Hi , I also have read most of Mortiz books, done several of the liver cleanse thus far. I havent done any of the colon cleanses he recommends with no issues thus far. I have done some coffee enema's. But I do agree with his issues on a animal free diet. I was a huge meat eater all my life so it was a adjustment for me personally. But the science is there, a host of books besides him. china study by campbell, etc. I have two regular MDs now who promote a animal protein free diet in my small town. But its always a heated subject, boils down to personal choice. My wife a Rn works in a cardiac rehab where even the american heart association now says no more then two 4.5 oz of meat twice a week. Our local health food store promotes the blood type diet, which I see personally as no science behind it whatso ever. But its very popular with those who want to continue eating meat. Of course years ago I was on the ADKINS diet if that tells you anything. All boils down to what you decide, and can live with . All the best Mike >
Guest guest
Hi Mike: Thanks for your input! I begin drinking the apple juice today. I will let everyone know if I get anything out. In terms of animal protein, my husband, who is a research scientist, says that the " China Study " is so flawed. I've done my own research on the subject and feel that a person needs the vitamins that are provided by meat (B12, etc). However, I don't think a person should over do it. It takes 24 hours to digest meat so you should never have meat two days in a row. I also think there are many advantages to raw dairy. I personally drink raw goat milk kefir daily. Also, I enjoy raw cheese and pasture raised eggs. One more thing about the meat - I would NEVER buy meat from the grocery store. Always try to find grassfed meat. I avoid all refined flour, sugar and most oils (canola, vegetable etc). I try not to eat out, which is so hard when you are vacationing. I eat organic fruits and vegetables and belong to a CSA in the summer/fall. I began eating this way 1 1/2 years ago because my husband got diagnosed with a stage II brain tumor. So far he's had one surgery (95% resection). He's had no chemo or radiation (Thank God). He continues to have stable scans. The only other thing I will add that I do for my husband and myself is juice. I juice every other day, carrot juice mixed with some greens. I cannot get my husband to agree to the liver cleanse. I am hoping I will lead by example. WE shall see. " millardfillmore51 " wrote: > Hi , > I also have read most of Mortiz books, done several of the liver > cleanse thus far. Guest guest
I too have read rebuttals of the China Study that were pretty devastating. I believe that we are the products of millions of years of evolution, and that perhaps our best diet can be discerned by seeing what humans ate for most of their existence, and what the nearest biological relatives of humans eat. This would seem to indicate that a hunter / gatherer type diet, typical for both the early humans and the great apes, would be best. What would this diet include? Seems like mostly raw veggies, some fruit and berries, and occasional animal protein. Like twice a week or so, or very small quantities per day. Not sure which would be best. > > Hi Mike: > > Thanks for your input! I begin drinking the apple juice today.
