Guest guest
This was posted on an alt cancer group on called Flaxseedoil2 I wanted to share the info here because I thought it may be of interest to some diabetics, and people who have other ailments, as well as cancer. I think it bears looking into! If anyone is familiar with DMSO and knows where to buy it or any other info, please share. I will post the paragraph about diabetes first, then the article in its entirety. I had seem DMSO mentioned a great deal on a remedies site called earthclinic and a lot of people have positive things to say about it but other than that I am clueless about it. I wanted to mention that according to this- the budwig diet, which is a cancer fighter which has AMAZING results, it is also said to be great for diabetes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Cancer* As an excellent adjunct in metabolic cancer therapy, DMSO potentates chemotherapy. DMSO and hamatoxylon administered intravenously as a combination have excellent tumor shrinking qualities. The mixture is especially corrective for adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, breast cancer, lymphoma and some other solid tumors. *Diabetes* DMSO taken by mouth lessens the need for insulin in one out of four persons with juvenile diabetes. Also, DMSO given IV improves the peripheral vascular blood supply of diabetics by dilating smaller vessels of the lower limbs <http://www.altm edicenter.com/am/dmso.asp?pageID=dmso3.asp#label> ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ a group member wrote: > Hello all, this is a follow up on my mothers cancer. She has been on Budwig Protocol for ten days now, she has had some great days, a lot of energy normal bm, etc. but she has diabetes that is complicating the whole process.I know Dr.Budwig says the diet will also cure the diabetes eventually, but the problem is that she has to take dexamethasone for the pain in her bones from the cancer.I spoke to her radiologist and he said the drug spikes up her blood sugar which causes her much pain in her legs. So, its either excruciating pain in her bones or much pain in her legs. My other concern is; is the medication that is causing the sugar levels to rise feeding the > tumors? or is it giving a false reading? If anyone has had a similar > experience please write back. Thank you. ================== Subject: Re: [FlaxSeedOil2] Dexamethasone I believe if your mother applies DMSO three or four times daily to her legs she will not experience pain. DMSO is an excellent anti-inflammaatory as well as a strong analgesic. And don't let anyone tell you DMSO is unsafe. It is very safe and is an amazing product. It also helps fight cancer by increasing the pH of the cell. The following is information on the safety of DMSO: *Over 950 Million people have used DMSO world wide. It is approved in 125 countries. We have sold to over 160,000 customers without even a slightly serious incident.* * * *In “DMSO Nature’s Healer†By Dr. Morton he states that DMSO has been tested to be seven times safer than aspirin.* * * * In his book “DMSO The Complete Up-To-Date Guidebook†Dr. states on page 68 " I have not had experience with any drug in medicine which I consider to be safer. In my estimation, there are more data on human toxicology of DMSO than have ever been obtained for any experimental drug. The Food and Drug Administration itself has data on over 100,000 patients. Despite the prescriptive use of DMSO world wide, there is, to my knowledge, not a single case of well-documented serious toxicity. " The FDA has approved DMSO for a childhood disease called interstitial cystitis. In these cases DMSO is injected in the bladder of children with great success. Prior to the use of DMSO children with this affliction had to have an operation. Just about every NFL team uses DMSO for sports injuries. Most knowledgeable trainers of professional boxers use DMSO for strains, sprains and arthritis. Many doctors in this country administer DMSO in IV form**.* ** *Additional uses for DMSO* Please click here: <http://www.altmedicenter.com/am/dmso.asp?pageID=dmso3.asp#label>
