Guest guest
My neighbor uses a rather low-cost floating contraption that sanitizes his pool and he only uses a little chlorine now and then. It is solar activated. His problem comes when people use sunscreen and then he adds it.. We talked our development into using one in the large fountain because the chlorine was killing the surrounding plants. It works. More important than the pool is your shower. The studies indicate the shower is worse because of the mist thrown up and inhaled causing much more chlorine absorption and directly into our lungs. I bought a shower filter because of that. Today I installed a kitchen undersink filter for drinking and cooking purposes. One gets to thinking after a bout with bladder cancer. Joe C. Guest guest
I agree with Joe's post, we use a chlorine filter in our shower as well. But regarding ozone, I don't have a pool, but when I was shopping for air purifiers, I noticed that the ionizing purifiers do use ozone. All I could find out about it is that some people are allergic to it...? (Anyone pls feel free to add to that.) But to be honest, " ozone " jus sounds bad.
